1985
The company starts in a small 100 sqm workshop, offering moulding and welding services.
1987
Remigio Del Col, now the president of the Board of Directors, helps to create the Small Business Consortium of Praturlone, opening the SMB industrial estate. The first Officine G.S.P. factory opens, covering an area of 1000 sqm.
1995
The first manual punching machine enters the production cycle, allowing Officine G.S.P. to start working with sheet metal and obtain the first certification by a multinational company in the household appliance sector.
1997
Start of the robotization of part of the welding process and first steps into the air conditioning and humidification market.
1999
Acquisition of a 11,500 sqm industrial area, adjacent to the main office building, and construction of a new 2,000 sqm production facility.
2000
Purchase of the first punching plant with automatic loading/unloading system, providing the option to operate in unstaffed mode. Beginning of the first supplies to the naval sector.
2001
Purchase of the first laser plant with automatic loading/unloading system, providing the option to operate 24 hours a day.
2003
Start of supplies for the domestic heating and electrical generating sets sectors.
2005
The Company is certified in compliance with the UNI ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard. We start the conversion process towards full digitalization of our company procedures.
2008
Construction of a new 1500 sqm production area to be used by the welding department. Starts of supplies for the textile machinery sector.
2010
Beginning of relations with foreign markets
2012
Purchase of a new laser tube cutting plant and start of the industrialization process for the assembly of sheet metal and tubular products.
2013
Acquisition of 7000 sqm adjacent parcel of industrial land with a 3000 sqm production facility.
2014
The Company qualifies its welding process in compliance with UNI EN ISO 15614 and certifies its team of welders in compliance with ISO 9606-1.
2017
Officine G.S.P. updates its quality standards in compliance with UNI ISO 9001:2015.
2018
Connection of the two production units and start of the Company Reorganization Project (Industry 4.0).
2022
With Marco in the production area and Matteo in the commercial area, the company has grown from 30 to about 60 people, growing even during the pandemic. The 30% growth in 2022 compared to 2021 poses the challenge of maintaining these turnover levels in the coming years also.
